catching up

well its been a very busy lately. I 'll start with The weekend after memorial weekend. That Friday night we went to Matt and Ash's house over night. We had a great time. Its always so nice seeing them. Ally is starting to walk, its so darn cute. She is such a doll.
Saturday we met Alvin's sister Sherry and her husband Donnie at my mom's house. We went to " Remembering Our Heritage" at the Soldiers Home. ( Wood National Cemetery) It was an awesome experience. They have the whole place made up with all the era's of war beginning with the civil war. And everyone was dressed appropriately to that era. We arrived at noon and didn't leave til after our 8:30 tram ride through the cemetery that night. It was a laternn Tram ride where you stay on the tram and people come out dresses like that person who died and they talk about their life. Its was so very touching couldn;t leave without tears thats for sure.
