Saturday Alvin helped Jeff and Roger clear trees for their driveway. ( Roger and Ar's) for their house they will be building. Jeff's sister Jody and husband Eric were there too. I stayed home and made things for our cookout. Taco dip, fruit salad, creamy cucumber salad etc etc. The Jamies, Mitch and Carie and kids, Kevin, and Mike. And of course I had enough food for an army as usual. LOL After everyone left about 8:30 we went to Roger and Ars camper and hung around the campfire. That was great my first campfire this year and it was great. Can't wait to go camping. I have several dates already booked this summer.
Sunday we went campsite jumping around Rustic visiting friends, that was fun like the old days when we had a perm camper that. Came home and grilled out porterhouse steaks..mmmmm..took a nap and got ready to see Dr. Dobbe play that night. Had a great time. Stayed almost to bar close and did allot of dancing and I sure can feel it today. Haven't used those muscles for quite some time I guess. So today is a relaxing day went to say Good Bye to Roger and Ar and visited with them and Jeff and Katy and Jena. A beautiful day wanted to go golfing but too sore..LOL....And that's our weekend...............Next weekend its off to Milwaukee. Going to an event called "Remembering Our Heritage" at the Soldiers Home. Alvin's sister and husband are going with us too.
